Living in the New House!

Life is grand here in the new house! We have most of the stuff unpacked. Still have some stuff in the shelves in the garage to put away, but for the most part, we are settled. We see that we have one more room to decorate, so I am looking for nice living room furniture to put in it.

Hopefully I will get back to scrapping and stamping and be able to share that too.  But for now, here are some pictures of the house.

We are MOVING!

Well we are packing, and we will be moving next week. I am so glad we will get in the house before Christmas. I am soooo excited. We are so happy that everything is working out how we wanted it to. Wish it wasnt the middle of winter when we want to move, but will be so glad to be in the house! Here is a picture of the front!

Great News!

We sold our house and we have bought a new house too!  Well now just have to wait for paperwork and move!  I will post pictures soon. If you want to see the house, email me

A house update!

I am just posting a quick prayer request. We have an offer. It is a decent offer. But we did counter so we are hoping they accept the counter. So we will be looking at houses for definite!  We have one in mind and a couple others we want to look at. Just please send some good thoughts and prayers and I will post the news as soon as I hear it.

I am hoping that I have my new Paper Pretties stamps tomorrow and I can start my Christmas cards. I have the greatest set coming in!  I can’t wait!

Nothing stamped but I do have some vacation pics

We got to take a small vacation last week. So I will share some pics from the trip.

 

Ok that is the kids at the National Musuem of the US Air Force in Dayton, Ohio.

We had a great time and did have a nice visit in Owensboro, KY with TIm’s dad too.

Autumn Harvest and Copics!

Do NOT peek if you are in the Craft T Chick fall/ Halloween swap!  I made this great little card. It uses Really Rust, Basice Black and Whisper White cardstock, Fall Flowers Designer Paper. Copics!! And the greatest fall set, Autumn Harvest. Hope you enjoy the card. I did copy the idea from a couple others I had found on scs. Thanks for the ideas!

On the house deal. We are having another Open House this weekend. I dont know what else to do to get it to sell. Other than prayers and prayers, so you know I am asking for prayers.

Nothing new on the house front

Just wanted to post an update and let you all know there is nothing new on the house, as of yet. They will be having another Open House on the 20th of this month. Our realtor has not even heard back for the last showing. They haven’t even called her to tell her they want the house or to pass on the house. Hopefully, I will have something fun on here this weekend. I am going to make some cards. I got some great new stamps to play with!

Lots and lots of prayers, please!

We have a showing on Friday. They do seem very interested. But the reason we need more prayers is, we found the house we really want. So we really really need ours to sell.

Please just keep the prayers and good thoughts coming and I know it will sell. I think that God’s hand is really in this.

Cards and such!

This great little card is one I made at a stamp camp last week. I left it uncolored at the time so I could use my copics when I got home.  The set is Serene Spring from Stampin’ Up!, a hostess set. I used copics to color it in. This also used the scallop punch on the front edge of the card. Any other questions, let me know.

This is a card I made last night at my friend Susan’s stamp camp. It is made using Window Dressing set from Stampin’ UP! a hostess set, also. I also waited to get home to color it in with my copics. This is another great set! Real simple, just took a little bit to color it in.

This card was made also at Susan’s. It is using Window Dressing, the scallop punch, and designer paper. Of course I waited to get home to color it too, gotta use those COPICS, hehe. Real fast and easy card. Used wide chocolate ribbon too.

This card uses Boatloads of Love. The new in color papers, the scallop punch(all from Stampin’ Up). I used my copics again, but I am not crazy about my color choices, so I guess that means I need a couple new shades of them (darn! hehe)

Anyway, this is what Susan, Cindy and I have done the last 2 weekends. I have a couple more things to share when I get pictures of them loaded.

As for the house… well we signed our contract to sell the house until December, so we are staying on the market for a while   But that is ok. I have found a house I am excited to go see. So I hope we can see it this week! So please pray we can get ours to sell and get a new house. I would really like this to work out! So we will see. Thanks for checking on us and keeping us in your prayers. Because none of this will happen with out the Lord leading us!
