Another showing

We had a showing yesterday. We have had alot of lookers since then. People that drive by real slow and are looking. We live on a dead end, so if someone goes down our road, they either live here or are visiting someone down here or they are looking at our house.  We have started looking again at houses in case ours would sell. There are a few we are wanting infomation on. So we will see. Just keep good thoughts and prayers coming, it would be nice if a house would come up that we really like.

New Stamp Set and Fun With Copics!

 

I made this fun little card tonight. It is using my new Favorite Stamp Set, Rainy Day Friends by Paper Pretties. I have been looking at Jessica Rone’s blog, so she is my inspiration. (Thanks for a great blog Jessica.  http://canyousayaddictedtostamps.blogspot.com/  )  I used some great designer paper I had around here. The cardstock is Stampin’ Up! and I used my Copics to color in. I think the splashes of water arent so great, but wasn’t about to redo the whole card.

Nothing new on the house really. The houses we like seem to always get offers on them before we get one in on them. We keep hoping for some reason that the people back out of the one we really love, but aren’t holding our breath. So we are just looking at what is out there and taking it a day at a time.

Still looking…. good things happening here too!

We had another 2nd showing on Saturday. So the last 2 sets of people have come back 2 times and the ones have actually came back 3 times.

The house we want is for sure sold. We started looking at different houses again. We have found a couple we want to go through again. Will just have to see.

Wish us luck!  We need to find a house we like and get this one sold. It would really stink to sell this one and not have a house in mind to buy! I am trying to be patient and see where God is leading us, but it does seem a bit hard at times!

Not alot new, but a little update

Our realtor called and one of the ones that came on Saturday wants to come back tomorrow for another showing.

We are going to look at houses tomorrow. We have 3 set up to see and our realtor listed a new house and I drove past it, and I want to see it too. Hope we can see them all tomorrow. I will post an update tomorrow. WIsh us luck on finding a house we like and that the ones coming tomorrow like it enough to put in a offer

More updates

Well, I have some good news and bad news. Good news, we had 2 showings yesterday and we had alot of people come to the Open House today. One of the ones that came today was one that came yesterday. So they came back for a second look today. They seemed pretty interested according to our realtor. The showings on Saturday, both seemed to be very positive too.

Bad news, the house we want has an offer on it and it seems to be a solid offer. So that will mean we need to find a different house, if ours sells. So I have been on the internet looking at different houses. Like someone said to me, then the house we had kinda settled on must not have been what God wanted for us. So I am doing ok with it, just kinda bummed a little bit. I will share pictures of the homes we look at this week!

Open House

A little update

This is my new favorite picture of Emilee and myself. I never like pictures of myself. Hope you enjoy it.

After a week and a half of no showings, we do have one on Wednesday. Please keep us in your prayers and thoughts. We would really like to make an offer on the house we want soon. But we have to sell this one first

Small Update

Our realtor called and said that we are going to have an OPEN HOUSE on July 13th, if we dont have it sold before then. So keep your fingers crossed and prayers coming!

No new news on house

There really isnt anything to update on the house. Just please keep prayers and good thoughts coming on the house deal. We would really like ours to sell so we can buy a new house!

Cards I made

On this card: I used Summer By the Sea from Stampin’ Up! I used my Copic markers. The cardstock is chocolate chip, creamy caramel and not quite navy.

On this card, I used Tart and Tangy set from Stampin’ Up! I used markers to color the designs. I used the 1 3/8 cicle punch, the paper piercing template. I used Purely Pomegrate, So Saffron and Old Olive cardstock. Hope you enjoy these cards!
